Furama
This restaurant served Tiociu food (one area in China). They served fresh seafood as well cooked in classic Chinese style. The place is definetly typical Chinese restaurant like everywhere in the world.
The taste is quite nice and some dishes is really recomended. Of course if you want to be litle bit healthier, you have to ask the chef not to put any MSG into your dishes. The price is quite mid-high, ranged between 60000 to 150000 IDR. Be aware the price need to be added again with 15% taxes
The venue served till 0300 morning, so for anyone need supper, can try this restaurant.
We tasted classic chicken Congee, Sezhuan Style fried Bean, and Tofu Sapo, along with Siu-may and Cakue. Generally the food wete nice, but there was some notes regarding the dishes served. Siu-may was like kept quite long in the freezer and reheated So taste was not so fresh and to dry. The Cakue was not well cooked so there was some part still lumpy. The star of the dishes that night was the Sezhuan style fried bean.
