Mie and Bakso Pak Kumis

Mie or so called noodle is fusion Chinese Indonesian cuisine. The premises offered Indonesian Javanese style Noodle and meatball dishes. The cooks prepared large volume of broth and used to cook the prepared noodle and vegetable.
The cook then mixed and stir various spices including salt, pepper, sweetened soy sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil as well as onion spring to be mixed by cooked noodle . The dish then is topped with either chicken alone or mixed with boiled egg and meatball. Voila!! the great dish is served right in front of us enough to tickle and blow our palate. 
The price is affordable ranged between 8000 IDR - 10000 IDR
The food stall is humbly located in Denpasar at Jalan Nusa Kambangan.
